That kind of day

Photobucket

I'm going to be a very lazy blogger today. The truth is that my Lupus is rearing it's head and years of dealing with this have taught me to pay attention and adjust my activities accordingly.

So today.....it's your blog. Feel free to link to something terrific you've written or something cool you've discovered in your surfing adventures.

I'll be charging my batteries and checking up on what you're doing.

Love......

Good idea to lie low...

Sometimes I forget that you are dealing with this one. After all, you do e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g.

Sleep, eat, read, relax and enjoy your bloggy tours.

You are welcome to come read my blog, but it's nowhere near as entertaining as yours...on the other hand, the most spoiled dogs in the world are periodically featured on it. I hope your day off does you good!

Our daughter was recently diagnosed with Lupus. I wished she would learn to adjust her activities when she can. Right now, it is hard for her as she's in school and working. As her mom, I still have to "tell her what to do" or my day wouldn't be complete! :-) Kidding, but I do worry.

Prayers for your rest and healing. My dear Milk Man had Fybromialgia - it stinks.. Take it easy and drink some green tea, eat some herb bread that has been toasted with butter of course! I will be emailing you shortly! **BIG HUGS**

There's a difference between "lazy" and sensibly taking care of oneself. And it's just a blog. Life happens. Hope you find some enjoyment in your forced relaxation.

goodness, take care of yourself. My mom has had lupus since the late 1960's and I deal with a chronic illness. If your body tells you to sleep til 2 pm and then take a nap..............do it.

If you get to the town festival, come by the church tent and I will buy you a piece of pie. Nothing like good homemade pie as medicine for the soul. Or maybe one of our famous bbq sandwiches.

My mom, bless her, had an answer ready for friends when they'd call or stop by to check on her. "Oh, I'm enjoying ill health", she'd say, "so please pardon me if I'm not up for conversation right now."

Bless you too. We'll enjoy your bloggy conversations when you're ready.

Hope you get better soon. I, too, live with a illness that rears it ugly head from time to time. Rest and heal.

Hi Suzanne, I am so sorry to hear about your lupus. I wish you the best and hope you can continue to do most of what you want to do, which is a tall order for someone into as many things as you are.

Please enjoy my cow photos at my blog, whose URL I hope will show up here if I did this right.
