A Mom's Nightmare

Mom's are going crazy tonight. The Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers are playing tonight in Chicago.

It's 3 degrees. 10 mph winds. -20 degree wind chill.

There are 60,000 people sitting in an open stadium on the lakefront.

The Bears offensive team is playing WITHOUT sleeves on their uniforms.

Yeah....midwest tough but enough to drive a mom crazy.

I was just over at Rue's...and I just had to come over and say that the little baby Jesus you made her was the single most adorable thing I have ever seen! It just made me grin from ear to ear! It's so much fun to see the wonderful crafts you clever ladies come up with!

Becky - It was insanely cold but the 60,000 fams stuck with it. They're a tough bunch. The Chicago Blackhawks are going to play outdoors at Wrigley Field on New Years' Day. That ought to be another cold event.

KatKit - Oh yeah. Those guys with painted bare chests. Really crazy.

Trish - I want you to visit Chicago again so we can meet up. We'll have "Cheezeborgers" at the Billy Goat.

Nikki - Oh, check out my archives because I had a turtorial on how to make one yourself. The little baby Jesus has been one of my all time biggest sellers at craft fairs.

Thanks everybody. I appreciate that fact that you've taken time out of your busy day to visit with me.
