Rewards

Sometimes we are rewarded for living in a cold climate.

Such was the case this morning when we awoke to this.

Today we are living in a fairy wonderland.

My neighbor Susan lives deep in the woods. Walk with me towards her place.

Isn't the air cold and crisp. It's so quiet. Do you hear the bird off to the left?

Come back later when I'll have some closeups of the hoarfrost.

It's lovely...love the gingerbread look of the oak leaves wearing their frosting.

Lovely photos. I always love looking at frosty, snowy settings-just hat being out in it

I love days like that! We had hoar frost just a couple weeks ago, and it lasted for the entire week, which was very unusual. I took many pictures.
We used stucco wire, with the 1 inch squares, to build our chicken coop and I got a very cool photo with the squares of thick frost.
