Busy Day - Big Day

Today's going to be a busy day and a big day for me.

First I'm going to check out a sale at the local antique store, Amazing Grace in Elburn, Illinois.

Then I'm off to meet the young Haitian boy that the Farmer and I sponsored for over two years. An American family has been attempting to adopt him (and another young orphan, Phara) for over three years. Things got very dicey after the earthquake and it took lots of patience, work and money to get them released from the country. They are now in the U.S. and new adoptive mom Jeanne is bringing them to our town.

I'll meet up with them and several other church members who have also adopted Haitian children.

Wish me luck.

Pictures tomorrow.

Oh Suzanne,

How wonderful to meet this young man. I do hope it is all that you hope for. I am glad the adoptions sound as if they are moving forward.
